What Does It Cost to Rent Villa Okeanos?
Nightly rates at Villa Okeanos start at $1,150, depending on the season, and include accommodations for up to 8 guests. The villa accommodates up to 11 guests, with guests 9–11 added for a modest nightly fee. A 5-night minimum stay is required.
Rates are subject to a 13% Anguilla Goods and Services Tax, 10% staff service charge and $475 departure cleaning fee. Rates are in USD. Seasonal rates vary.

Payment schedule
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due 60 days before arrival. For Festive season reservations, the remaining balance is due 90 days before arrival.

Low, High & Carnival Seasons: Cancellations made 60 or more days before arrival receive a refund of 50% of the total rental price, less a 10% administrative fee applied to the refunded amount. Cancellations made fewer than 60 days before arrival are non-refundable.

Yes. Housekeeping is included with every stay at Villa Okeanos, so guests can relax and enjoy their Anguilla vacation without worrying about everyday cleanup. Housekeeping is provided throughout your stay, except the day after arrival, Sundays and Anguilla public holidays.
Anguilla is a small island, just 16 miles long and 3 miles wide, so getting around is easy. Grocery stores are only 3–5 minutes from Villa Okeanos by car. Options are Sunnytime Grocery, Best Buy East, JW Proctors and Lakes World Supermarkt which are all close by.
One of the best things about staying at Villa Okeanos is the location! We are just minutes from an amazing collection of beachfront restaurants, casual beach bars, live music, great cocktails and local favorites. Many are only a short drive away, and several are right along Shoal Bay East.

The villa is located on a private, gated property and is equipped with security cameras, three in-room safes for valuables, three smoke detectors and a first-aid kit. Guests can relax and enjoy their stay knowing that practical safety and security features are in place throughout the property.
Villa Okeanos welcomes families with children ages 5 and older. For safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate children age 4 and under. The villa’s spacious 800-square-foot Kids Lounge gives children and teens their own dedicated space to sleep, play and relax.

Anguilla is known for its warm, sunny Caribbean climate, but brief tropical rain showers can occur throughout the year. Many showers are welcomed, short-lived and followed quickly by sunshine, so a chance of rain in the forecast doesn’t necessarily mean a rainy vacation. Anguilla’s driest months are generally during the winter and spring, while rainfall tends to increase during the late summer and fall.

Shoal Bay East is out of this world, and it is the closest beach to the villa. We had such an amazing trip, and Leigh and Dave's villa was the perfect home base!
It was our first time to Anguilla and it was better than we imagined! Our group stayed at Villa Okeanos in Shoal Bay East and we loved this villa so much from the beachy decor to the privacy to the pool off the living room and the amazing views. Shoal Bay Beach was right down the rock as well as many beach bars and restaurants although we did cooking at the villa which was super fun and nice because the villa is equipped with every kitchen item you need and a great grill if you love to cook. Villa Okeanos is awesome for a group of people. It had really comfy beds, a great sound system stereo, lots of space, a delightful pool and outdoor dinning area and housekeeping. It's really well taken care of. We've been to other islands but Anguilla and Villa Okeanos really topped it for us and we are already planning to come back in the fall.

Absolutely breathtaking stay at Villa Okeanos! We just got back from an incredible week at Villa Okeanos in Anguilla and I can't say enough good things about it. The villa is stunning—modern, clean, and perfectly designed to highlight the most amazing ocean views I've ever seen. Every room felt like a luxury suite, and waking up to the peace and serenity was pure magic. The infinity pool was a highlight for us—we spent hours relaxing there soaking in the sunsets. The whole place is super private, but still close to some of Anguilla's best beaches and restaurants. The service was also top-notch. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. The staff made everything effortless—from check-in to daily housekeeping to arranging a chef for dinner one night. They truly thought of every detail. If you're thinking about visiting Anguilla and want something truly special, Villa Okeanos is it. We didn't want to leave and are already planning our next trip. Our family of 7 just stayed at Villa Okeanos for 7 days and the Villa was absolutely stunning. Loved sitting on my private porch looking out at the ocean view. They went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. Our family was going on a sailboat, I stayed back, but when they got there one of the children starting not feeling well. Dwight the maintenance guy jumped into action and drove me 25 min to grab her and then back to villa. The owner of the villa checked in on us several times. Easy to communicate with. Can't recommend enough for your stay on Anguilla.
I cannot say enough about Leigh's kindness and excellent communication. (I am going to miss her!). She reached out each and every day to see if we needed anything. When you stay in someone else's home you will ALWAYS have questions, and Leigh was always there to help! Her restaurant recommendations were spot on!! The island has so many absolutely wonderful dining options. Vanie was there at the house to greet us when we arrived, gave us a tour of the home, and with daily housekeeping spoiled us in every way! The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you could possible need. The beds were sooo comfortable, and the overall layout of Villa Okeanos was exactly what we needed! The kids lounge and sleeping area is something I wish all houses offered! A HUGE space with PLENTY of sleeping and hangout space. Most of our time was spent by the pool with the incredible breezes! The views are breathtaking. We will definitely be back!!
My friends and I had a perfect vacation in Anguilla at Villa Okeanos and the value can't be matched. We were happy to be staying at this big beautiful villa instead of paying for four small hotel rooms that would have cost triple in price. If you want to vacation in Anguilla but are deterred by staying at a hotel/resort paying a ton of money, then stay at Villa Okeanos because your money will go further here, and you'll love it. The villa has lots of open space and privacy, close to multiple restaurants and beautiful beaches. The host Leigh was great, friendly, and easy to communicate with. She gave lots of recommendations. The frozen margarita machine was a BONUS! We didn't feel like we always had to go out because the villa has everything, and the value here is great.
We stayed at Villa Okeanos in January 2024 as a group of 11 including 6 adults and 5 children. It gave us the perfect amount of space and we really appreciated the lower level for the children. We also had everything we needed to cook meals and the laundry facilities were also very helpful. The property manager, Patrick, was amazing! He was always there when we needed him and was lovely to chat with. He had lots of great recommendations. The daily cleaning service was also very much appreciated. The owner, Leigh, was always available for any questions and when we arrived she ensured that the villa was ready for us even though we arrived early. We will definitely be back to this villa!
Stayed at Villa Okeanos in December 2023 and had the best time. Beautiful villa, very comfortable, and large. Loved the beach decor, infinity pool and the wonderful view of the beach and ocean. Well appointed kitchen and also great restaurants nearby. This villa and location will not disappoint. Will definitely go back next year.
This is an outstanding villa, especially if you have a large group visiting. The 3 upstairs bedrooms each have a comfortable large bathroom. The master bedroom has 2 lovely balconies (front and back) and one of the other bedrooms has direct access to the pool and pool lounge area. Downstairs the Kids Lounge is spacious and wonderful if you have children in your group. Quiet and private area, but accessible to many restaurants and stores you're likely to visit. All in all, a winner.
From my first inquiry to the moment we stepped into Villa Okeanos, I was greeted with warm and thorough communication. The villa had plenty of space for our group of 8 to spread out. There were floaties and games and yoga mats, and everything we needed. We had the house provisioned and that made arrival so very wonderful. The house was very clean and the housekeeper was so thorough at each visit to clean. The pool was gorgeous, the area quiet. Everyone was quick to respond when we accidentally locked ourselves out of our safes. I highly recommend this villa, Anguilla, and hope to be back soon.
I was at Villa Okeanos with a group of nine adults in February 2024 and was beyond pleased and impressed with the accommodations. The villa has a wonderful open-space, airy feel, and was comfortable for all of us. The views of the area and waters are magnificent. What a wonderful way to wake up each morning to that. Our en-suite was so comfortable - especially that fabulous comfortable king size bed. The villa is also conveniently located to the airport, grocery stores, and of course the magnificent beaches and restaurants. For those considering a trip to Anguilla, Villa Okeanos is the place to stay. Highly recommend it!! LOVED IT.

Stayed at this villa for my husband's birthday along with two other couples, it's always been on my bucket list to visit Anguilla and we absolutely loved it! The villa overall was magical and amazing and set up well for our group. Great views and a great area to walk and hike in the morning and to watch the sunset. Villa had privacy and we felt like we were in our own world. Easy and quick access to Shoal Bay beach, Gwen's Reggae Bar, Olas, Elodia's, Ben's Pit Stop and Artisan. Well worth it and we highly recommend it!
My husband and I stayed at Villa Okeanos for part of our honeymoon in October 2023. While we're certainly not experts we stumbled upon Anguilla around covid time and have been back 3x a year since. We try to stay at different places so we can explore the whole island (we've stayed at hotels Cap Jaluca, Malliouhana, Four Seasons, Turtle's Nest, and The Fountain) but Villa Okeanos is truly one of our favorites. Close to everything on the east side of island, the views are incredible, and it's so nice to have your own privacy. Housekeeping daily and Patrick the property manager will help you with ANYTHING at any time. He is the best. We had truly a special experience.

The beautifully appointed, freshly renovated villa has great views of the ocean and the hillside (both from the master bedroom!), a spectacular pool and is located steps from Shoal Bay and everything that you need. We just returned from 9 nights at Villa Okeanos - my husband and I and our four adult children. We could not have appreciated the villa any more. What a perfect spot. Every amenity you could possibly need is there. It is beautiful, spacious and so comfortable. We loved the pool and the pool area, the kitchen is fully equipped and the rooms are all spacious - with plenty of storage space in the bedrooms and the beds are very comfortable. On top of all that - the location is amazing!! The views - breathtaking. Also - Leigh the owner is available for any question you have and clearly very skilled at taking care of her guests. She has thought of everything. If you are wondering if this is a good option for your stay in Anguilla, the answer is a definite YES!
My husband and I stayed at Villa Okeanos for six nights and loved it! I personally have been going to Anguilla for 39 years and previously owned a private home and worked for five years on the island as an oral surgeon. We have known Leigh and Dave through their incredible dog rescue work in Anguilla and more recently, our fellow Anguillians are now Villa Okeanos' caretakers! The villa is in excellent condition and maintained by the best that Anguilla has to offer. The location is perfect, the villa is beautiful, comfortable, relaxing and just great for families, small groups, or friends sharing time together. My husband and I actually had our wedding vows renewed and our guests came to the villa for a private party. It was perfect.

The villa is brilliantly designed for a group. The place is just as advertised. Light and airy, clean and comfortable. A beach house through and through. We had the absolute best time at Villa Okeanos. The Villa was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and provided everything we needed for a fabulous vacation to the island. After a great night's sleep on the uber-comfortable king sized beds, our mornings usually started with a poolside stretch and coffee while watching the sun rise. The hilltop location was perfect for seclusion and yet so close to the beach and all the great restaurants.
